We’re glad to handle refund requests through email within 15 days after you’ve received your items. However, if it’s been longer than 15 days since you received the item, we see it as used, and regrettably, we can’t provide a refund or replacement. We do not refund items that are not in their original condition or packaging, as well as items that are damaged, defective, or missing parts for reasons other than our error.

Refund Process:

  • Once we get and check your return, we’ll email you to confirm we’ve got your item. We’ll also tell you if your refund is approved or not.
  • Once your refund is approved, you will receive a refund to your original method of payment within 48 hours.
  • When you pay with a credit or debit card, it usually takes 5-10 days for the refund to show up on your statement after we finish processing it.
  • You will also receive a refund confirmation email from us stating that your order has been refunded and showing the refunded amount, the item refunded, and the account/card credited.

Return Terms:

  • You must return any item in the same new condition it was in when you got it, and it should be in its original packaging. If the item arrived broken, damaged, or defective, you can return it even if the packaging was opened.
  • We offer free returns and provide return labels for your convenience. Additionally, we cover the cost of return shipping only in cases where you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product from us.
  • Customers can only return their items by mail.
  • There is no restocking fee.
  • Customers must return the items within 30 days of receiving them.

Refunds if Package Does Not Arrive:

Sometimes, packages can go missing while being shipped. If your order doesn’t show up within the expected delivery time mentioned on our shipping & delivery page, please let us know by sending an email to support@foyala.Com. We will then contact our shipping provider to look into and find your package. We also guarantee delivery or a full refund. If your package gets lost in transit and does not arrive within 10 business days from the date your package was shipped, we will confirm with the post office and will refund your order in full to your original method of payment. Which means you get back the entire amount you paid when ordering. Alternatively, upon the customer’s request, we can send out a replacement package free of charge.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t gotten your refund yet after the expected processing times, start by checking your bank account again. After that, reach out to your credit card company; sometimes it takes a while for refunds to show up officially. Lastly, get in touch with your bank to follow up. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. We will look into it and ensure that you receive your money or item.

Damaged or Wrong Products:

If you get a product from us that’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, tell us within 30 days by emailing support@nifteymart.Com. You can ask for a new item or your money back. If you can share a video of you opening the package and showing that it’s broken or faulty immediately, we’ll refund your money or send you a new one without asking you to return the damaged item.
