We store our products in California and send them straight to our customers across the United States. Usually, delivery within the us takes about 3-7 business days. If you’re shipping internationally, it generally takes 5-10 business days.

After your package is shipped, you’ll get an automated email containing all the tracking details you need, along with instructions on how to track your order.

How Long Does It Take for Orders to Be Processed?

We process orders from Monday to Friday. It usually takes us 1-3 business days to process your order, depending on how many orders we have. Remember, we don’t ship orders on weekends.

Additionally, international shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance, although our estimated shipping times already account for most of these delays.

Your nearby customs office may require more papers and time to handle your package, which could lead to a delay in when it gets delivered. Your order might come through either the local post office or a local delivery service. In many places, the postal service takes care of deliveries, so you’ll receive your package along with your regular mail. If you’re not at home when it’s delivered, the postal service might leave a note card with instructions on how and where to get your package.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 48 hours after confirming it. If more than 48 hours have passed, we will need to cancel the shipment before processing a refund. If you want to cancel your order after it has been shipped, you’ll need to wait until you receive it and then return it to us for a refund.
